Disadvantaged Pupils Funding
- In 2015/16 the school will receive funding of £421,800, which was based on a Disadvantaged Pupils cohort of 430 students 29% of the whole school.
- In 2016/17 the school will receive funding of £413,747, which was based on a Disadvantaged Pupils cohort of 415 students 29% of the whole school.
- The average Pupil Premium funding over the past 2 years is £417,774.
Bitterne Park School is able to direct this funding as it sees appropriate to provide support for more vulnerable learners, but we also strive to ensure that all of our teaching and learning opportunities are suitable for the needs of all of our school. All Pupil Premium funding allocation is monitored by the Governors of the school and evidence is always produced to monitor progress and impact of funding.
