The Learning Resource Centre is open between the following times:

Monday

8:30 to 4:00

Tuesday

8:00 to 3:30

Wednesday 

8:30 to 4:00

Thursday 

8:00 to 3:30

Friday 

8:00 to 3:00

The purpose of the Bitterne Park School LRC is to welcome and support all members of the school community in their pursuit of the learning and to promote an enjoyment of books and reading.

The LRC is open at break-time, lunch time and before and after school.  Students are encouraged to use the facilities during these times to develop their independent learning skills.  It is also used during lesson time where the books, newspapers and computers assist with their classwork.

The LRC is well stocked with current and up-to date books, it also has a large DVD and video collection alongside and quiet study area and a number of networked computers.
